We are searching for a committed and ambitious Solutions Consulting Intern to join our excellent Sales team. The Solutions Consulting Intern will complete analytical tasks within sales, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings all over the Nordic countries, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required. For the right candidate, there will also be opportunity to take on and steer own meetings, and processes.

To be successful as a Solutions Consulting Intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company and our solution as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding Solutions Consulting Interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients and understand how our solution can help solve their problems.

Responsibilities

Working closely with colleagues in the sales department, you are expected to complete all allocated tasks.
Conducting desktop research and doing business development by speaking to prospects.
Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
Updating collateral, documents and sales records.
Understanding the Talentsoft solution functionally and being able to present complex solutions in a concise manner.
Keeping the sales teams quarterly pipelines updated.
Observing and carrying out sales processes.
Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
Assisting sales team managers with documentation.
Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.


Profile requirements

Studying for a degree within IT, Business, Business Engineering or similar.
Driver's license may be required.
Strong self-motivation.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Proficiency English and Danish is required – Swedish and Norwegian would be advantage.
Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
Superb interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex requirements into solutions and present concisely.
