We are looking for an experienced B2B software Content Marketing Manager to join our team.

As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy and execution for Talentsoft, supporting based our business goals and marketing objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
You will manage a team of 3 people, and also our content agencies and freelancers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, product marketing & sales, collaborate and support content creation by other teams, especially Product Marketing
Oversee content strategy and orchestration to support Talentsoft’s demand generation and campaigns and overall programs (from initial copy development to asset production), including eBooks, Whitepapers, Checklists/Tip sheets, Videos
Map the Talentsoft buyer journey with content needs and ensure that sales & marketing have the content needed to successfully drive new leads and sales
Blog management, curation, and contribution
Manage all Talentsoft social media channels, including daily planning & calendar, network health and engagement, employee engagement, and response management
‘Hands-On’ copy-editing all content, including defining and managing the content review & approval process
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion
Develop and maintain regular content & social media performance reporting and results
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
5-7 years of experience in producing content to support Digital Marketing programs
Experience managing content programs for a B2B software company
Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing
Creative thinker with a strong sense for clear content structure, design, and visual communication
Experience in producing smart CTAs according to the customer journey stage
Good time-management skills
