Due to the merger between Cegid and Talentsoft we are now an international group with over 3,600 employees and €750m turnover in more than 20 countries. We deliver innovative cloud solutions and professionals in the areas of accounting, payroll and human resources (HCM), ERP, tax and retail. The Cegid- Group includes Talentsoft GmbH in Cologne, with which we support over 250 customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, from medium-sized businesses to large corporations, in the digitalisation of HR processes.


At Talentsoft (a Cegid Company), the Sales Executive will be responsible for developing, leading and managing Talentsoft’s sales growth ambitions primarily focused on driving the sales and revenue growth for both new customers and for existing customers. He/she is responsible for delivering the best customer experience to our customers & partners in the region. Our one and only goal is to change the world—or at least Talentsoft’s world.



  • Initiating new business relationships through relationship management and networking
  • Proactive marketing of Talentsoft‘s solutions, new customer acquisition and support for the existing customer base
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline whilst being responsible for entire sales cycles
  • Provide the right solution, based on customer requirements and specifications
  • Close exchange and collaborations with the customer care service, support and the agile factory team in order to act in the customers’ interest
  • Develop partner relationships to foster user adoption
  • Accelerate customer adoption and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive revenue and market share in the region



  • Professional experience in software sales, ideally in the HR industry
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven and passionate individual with a proactive and dynamic attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and capable of operating within a fast paced and goal-oriented international environment
  • Highly results and customer orientated, as well as comfortable with technology product strategies
  • Technical affinity and quick comprehension when it comes to software usage
  • Excellent German and English speaking skills
