Eager to strengthen our Talent Acquisition Product Line to support its ambitious strategy as the European leader in Talent management software, Talentsoft is looking for its Head of product – Talent Acquisition.
As part of the Agile Factory, a dynamic and collaborative Product & Engineering team, you will help build an ambitious vision, while making sure we deliver value to our users and customers. You’ll translate ideas and vision into a product strategy and follow product development from start to finish. In collaboration with your peers from other product lines, you will build the future of the Talentsoft platform.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
. Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
. Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
. Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
. Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
. Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision within and beyond your product line
. Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
. 5+ years building and leading high performing Product team
. Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills, e.g., crafting, conducting, and analyzing all kinds of user data
. Experience in product lifecycle management
. Experience working in an Agile development environment
. Organizational and leadership abilities
. Excellent communication skills
. Problem-solving aptitude
. Creative thinking skills
. Bachelor's . or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience
