In other words, you might be the perfect person for this position if you are:

  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong knowledge of international candidate sourcing using a multitude of recruitment mediums
  • Ability to proactively and effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Technology savvy and a love for new technologies
  • Collaborative, bold and willing to bring new ideas
  • Problem solver, with a meticulous approach to work
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Proactive, curious and driven individual
  • Fluent German and English speaking skills

The HR Team is a key player in the transformation of Talentsoft as a whole. You will play a deeply consultative role with hiring managers and will act as a brand ambassador.

We are looking for someone to recruit the best international talents and help us to continuously build a strong employer brand throughout our international markets, whilst also working in close collaboration with our headquarter in France. 

Your role

  • Responsible for the entire international recruiting and hiring process across all departments (DACH, Nordics, Benelux etc.)
  • Development of scalable candidate sourcing pipelines via multiple channels and the building of long-term talent pools using our fantastic TS software
  • Creation of job briefs, definition of requirements and needs in close cooperation with the international HRBP
  • Active headhunting through various sourcing channels e.g. professional networks, job boards etc.
  • Ensuring great candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process – nurture and pamper the best talents
  • Managing third parties in order to ensure and support a sustainable growth
  • Evaluate and analyze data and metrics in relation to established Talent Acquisition goals
  • Development and shape our employer brand on an international scale
