What you will need to perform in this job!

You have a bachelor or master degree and you are looking for exciting new challenges.

Experience in HRIS or Digital Learning could work to your advantage.

You might be the perfect person for this position if you:

  • Love new technologies
  • Are proactive, bold and not afraid to fail

  • Are a team player
  • Are organized and meticulous with your work
  • Can build a great relationship with customers
  • Are completely comfortable with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
  • Master Windows 98 (*joke*)
  • Are fluent in Dutch, French and English (any other European language would be a plus!)
  • Have a sense of humor!

What will you do to change the world?

  • Manage your customer database (Farming part)
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline (Hunting part)
  • Manage the sales cycle, from prospection to contracting
  • Provide the right solution based on customer requirements and specifications
  • Develop partner relationships to foster user adoption  
  • Drive revenue and market share in Belgium
