TALENTSOFT and its subsidiaries ensure the rights and freedoms of users of the company’s website https://www.talentsoft.careers/ are respected (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
TALENTSOFT undertakes to ensure all legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the protection of personal data are respected, and particularly EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) as well as the amended French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).
The Privacy policy describes the categories of data that TALENTSOFT collects from users, the reasons for collecting them, the way in which TALENTSOFT uses this data, as well as the rights to which users are entitled.

1.3 Categories of personal data shared with TALENTSOFT
Users can access the Website without sharing any personal data. TALENTSOFT does not process data that identifies you by name, directly or indirectly, unless you have willingly provided your personal data by submitting a speculative application or by responding to a vacancy advertised on the Website.
Once you have filled in your personal information on the Website and in order for Talentsoft to manage your application, Talentsoft will process the following elements of personal data (“Data”) which you will have voluntarily provided via the application form on the Website:
– ID: title, surname, first name, email address and phone number;
– Professional experience and motivation: level of experience, type of diploma, CV and any additional information, cover letter;
– Position sought: Department, type of contract, location;
– Source of application;
– Comments section.
The provision of this Data (indicated by an asterisk on the form) is required for the processing of your application. If this Data is not provided, your application may not be considered. Data shall be processed using computer technology and stored on servers located exclusively within the European Union.
Data is only accessible to people who require it for work purposes. This includes authorised persons in the TALENTSOFT recruiting team as well as the manger and team involved in the application process.
Replying to an application or submitting a speculative application is confidential. Users therefore cannot share any information with a third party.
TALENTSOFT does not collect sensitive personal data or data relating to individuals under the age of 16. Children under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the Website under parental supervision. Should we learn that, despite our efforts, such personal data for a child under 16 has been collected without parental consent, we will, without undue delay, delete all information and backups that may have been made.
When you visit the Website, TALENTSOFT uses cookies to identify your IP address and browser in order to draw up statistical reports on indicators such as Website traffic, page views, and language preferences. 1.4 Data Recipients
TALENTSOFT may share your Data with other entities of the TALENTSOFT group for the sole purposes set out in Article 1.5 of this Privacy policy and under the conditions strictly defined herein.
TALENTSOFT can also share your Data with its partner company GOOGLE, to asses visits to the Website.
Other than the examples outlined in this article, your Data is not shared with or transferred to third parties.
All recipients of your Data are required to respect data privacy and only process Data for the purposes described both below and in Article 1.5.
However, TALENTSOFT may be obliged, under the Act and/or the GDPR, or any other applicable legal provision, to share your Data with third parties following a court ruling, order, decree, or any other applicable legal provision and/or regulation.
1.5. Purpose of data processing and legal basis for the processing of Data:
Data is collected by TALENTSOFT with the sole purpose of analysing and managing your application.
TALENTSOFT processes Data based on legitimate interest, as outlined in article 6 paragraph 1, point F of the GDPR. This allows TALENTSOFT to understand a candidate’s capability in relation to the job position, in order to recruit the most suitable candidate. TALENTSOFT only collects personal data that is required and has a direct connection with the job position or professional aptitude assessment.
1.6 Processing and storage time of your Data
Data is stored for as long as the application processing period requires and for a maximum period of 24 months after the data is first received. At the end of this 24-month period, you will be able to give your consent to TALENTSOFT in order for your application to be retained for a further 24 months. This will allow TALENTSOFT to contact you only in regard to a potential job offer.
1.7 Your rights
We would like to reiterate that in the context of processing your Data, and in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the GDPR, you have the following rights:

– Right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR);
– Right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR);
– Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);

This Privacy policy was initially drawn up in French. Should there be any variations or contradictions with a version in another language, the French version will take precedence and will apply.
